The Early intervention Service is commissioned by the Intergrated Care Board (ICB) and provides emotional wellbeing and therapeutic support service for children and young people between the age of 5-18 years old, and their parents/carers, living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland with low to moderate mental health needs.
This service offers a range of support, including counselling and groupwork for children, young people and parent(s) dependent on need.
Children and Young People who access our service may be experiencing one or more of the below concerns.
To access this service, you will need to be assessed and referred by your GP or complete a self-referral through Triage and Navigation to ensure that Relate is the best service for you.

EIS is made up of three organisations: Relate, Heads Up and ADHD Solutions and offers a range of support interventions for children, young people and parents/carers. The service aims to promote positive mental health, increase healthy coping strategies and encourage communication and support.
