Relate 2U is a confidential counselling service for young people who are unhappy, unsettled or worried because of conflict within the familyor other family issues.
This service is available to all young people, aged 8 – 25 years. Young people who access this service often feel angry, isolated and confused. This could be as a result of:-
- Parents'/carers' separation or divorce, either recently or in the past.
- Difficulty adjusting to living in a new family.
- Any other family problems or changes.
Relate 2U is a service provided by Relate Leicestershire, drawing on its long experience of dealing with relationships. Our young people’s counsellors have all received special training to work with young people. They will listen and help you to work out what is the best way forward, without telling you what to do.
You can express how you feel in private; you will be listened to; you won't be told what to do; you will have a chance to talk and work things out.
