All sorts of people come to Relate and find it helps them to understand what’s going on in their relationships and change things for the better.
In counselling, individuals or couples attend sessions with a counsellor who is trained to help them work through issues, understand themselves better and make decisions about what to do next.
Sadly, many clients come to Relate only when their relationship is already in difficulty. However, prevention is preferable to cure, and Relate encourages people to give their relationships a regular health check, to help ensure that good relationships stay that way.
